* If you want to cancel your order, please contact me.
(the order can be canceled until the package is sent)
* I accept returns only when product is not consistent with the description (in this case, the shipping cost is covered by the seller)
* I also accept exchanges and returns for reasons attributable to the customer, but in this case the shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
* I don’t accept returns when the dreadlocks have been used.
* The return should be reported within 14 days from the date of delivery.
* In the case of lost shipments, you can apply for a refund by creating a case on Etsy and describing the situation. The seller is obliged to show evidence of correct sending of the package. Etsy helps to resolve disputes.
